I am researching the Luke family from the Palatinate in Germany.
Johann Philipp (Laux) Luke, the Alpha Luke, left the western part of
the Rhineland in 1709 and arrived in New York harbor in 1710. Johann,
known as Philipp and his family would eventually settle in the West Manor
of Rensselaerwyck, in present day Albany County, New York. Philip Luke's
heirs would settle throughout the United States and Canada. Please E-mail me with
